How to resolve my sleeping troubles?
I am 13 years old, and I am at school (obviously) and I have to wake up at 7:30am to get ready for school that begins at 9:00am.
What can I do to get sleep at 9:30pm or 10pm to wake up feeling good and replenished knowing that I have got a decent amount of sleep. I often worry that I wont get sleep and will hardly have any sleep and will feel terrible in the morning, how can I get some good sleep?
My mum bought me last thursday some herbal remedies (White Chestnut and Quick-life Tablets which both promote natural sleep), along with these is there any other things I should be aware of to get some good uninterrupted sleep? ![]()
Thanks! Sorry for going on and on and on, I am just desperate for SLEEEEEEEEEP!

I have sleep disorders and i take natural tablets with ‘passion flower’ and hops in them
they usually work for me, and just before you go to sleep drink some warm milk to help relax you, I have been told to make sure that you turn off all electronic items around 30 minutes to an hour before you are set to go to sleep, this will make sure that you’re not over stimulating your brain with bright lights and techy stuff haha.
when you’ve turned off all your electric items then lay in bed listening to some quiet calming music to help you relax even more. make sure that your room is dark and there is no or VERY little background noise.
Good luck with the sleeping!
