Do you have natural cures for insomnia?

I have tried melatonin, magnesium from my Naturopath, sleeping pills from my doctor. I lost my mother over 8 months ago and I am sleeping better but still have the occasional sleepless night.

    smoke a blunt, marijuana has proven effective in fighting off imsomnia, don’t let others tell you otherwise. Pills are for drug addicts and people that think synthetic ingredients created by people are the greatest thing ever.

    Natural cures for insomnia?
    Best combination: Valerian root capsules and melatonin capsules. Take capsules an hour before bedtime. Avoid caffeine intake or other stimulants after 6pm and try to practice relaxation techniques before bedtime like breathing exercises, muscle relation, meditation or yoga.

    I grew up using valerian root for relaxation and insomnia and I don’t think you can find anything natural that is better than that. It doesn’t have any of the negative side effects sleeping pills have.
